It has an optional countdown timer, to stop it from beeping after specified number of minutes.Speed can be displayed as kph or mph.1. Select your rim and tire size, or enter the wheel circumference. Enter the number of teeth in your chainrings and cassette. 2. Shift gears with the on-screen gear shifters, and get your speed at preferred cadence. Or the cadence at given speed. Edit the number of teeth in your chainrings and cassette to find the combination that gives you the speed you want at hi gears, and the torque you want at low gears.3. In the spreadsheet tab. Just installed, could not use kept crashing.

Never worked with my bike's settings instead of the default ones. Metronome did not keep even time, was a heat beat. When used, the metronome would not stop when the app closed, so I had to restart and try to load my settings, which made it crash. Uninstalled. Would think that it's just spyware, if not in the Google store.
